· Outstanding weather resistance: The EPDM waterproof  has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, maintaining stable performance within the extreme temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. It also has outstanding resistance to ultraviolet rays and ozone aging, and is unlikely to crack or become brittle when exposed to outdoor environments for a long time. It is suitable for building waterproofing in various climate regions.

· Excellent elasticity and extensibility: The material itself has a tensile elongation rate of over 400%, which can adapt to slight settlement and deformation of the building structure, effectively avoiding waterproof failure caused by structural cracking. It is particularly suitable for areas prone to deformation such as roofs and basements.

· Convenient construction and good sealing performance: The sheet can be constructed using various methods such as hot welding and cold bonding. The weld seams can form a homogeneous sealing layer with the base material, making the structure strong and reducing the risk of leakage at the joints. The sheet is lightweight and flexible for cutting, and can be adapted to the waterproof treatment of complex building joints.

· Strong chemical stability: It has good resistance to acids, alkalis, salts, and oils, and can resist erosion from industrial wastewater and roof rainwater. It is suitable for waterproofing projects in special scenarios such as chemical plants and landfill sites.
